Six Sentence Sunday 8-14-11

This week’s six comes from my current work in progress. Tasha has just come back to ask her estranged husband Alex for help. This hasn’t been edited yet.

She was out of her mind if she thought he was giving up on her that easily. When she turned and walked out again, panic registered that her clothes had been torn and she was covered in dirt. Something wasn’t right about her at all. She wasn’t the same woman he’d known and loved. The fear in her gaze told him that she was in danger. He raced out the front door and grabbed her arm, spinning her around.

Kyle placed her in the middle of the bed on her knees. What had caused her to open up so freely to him tonight? That’s not what she had planned to do. She had only wanted to try and see where the relationship could take them. Her breath caught as he pulled his shirt off and moved back to the bed to take her in his arms.

With a fingertip, she traced the well-defined muscles from his shoulder, down his arm and across his chest. “Be with me.”

Need tightened in his gut as he looked down at her kneeling on the bed. Those three words sent the rest of his blood shooting to his cock. Kyle took a breath in, but her scent was everywhere. He knew they shouldn’t do this, but someone needed to get the memo to his dick, which was harder than it had ever been before. “We shouldn’t do this tonight. God, I want you, but you need to rest and need time to recover.”

“No. I’m fine. Don’t worry about me. I won’t break. Touch me. Be with me.”

In one swift move, Erin laid down as Kyle lowered himself onto her, careful to hold his weight off her. Need rose from deep within her, and all he’d done was look at her. Tonight she felt closer to him. It wasn’t that last time hadn’t meant anything to her, because it had. Something told her that this time it would mean even more. And it scared her.

Kyle pressed his lips against hers, and they were so soft. Desire burst between them as he drove his tongue deeper, worshiping her mouth. He left no part unattended, and she moaned into the kiss. Slowly, ever so slowly, he removed her shirt, and at the mercy of a skilled hand, her bra fell away.

Erin sucked in a breath as his lips closed around her nipple. He tugged gently at the beaded point. A pain followed but seconds later the most unbelievable pleasure she’d ever experienced followed. She arched her back to allow him more access, and his talented tongue went to work. Sensations shot to her clit as her hands found their way to his hair, anchoring him to her breast.

“You taste so good, so sweet. I can’t get enough of you.”

His words shot straight through any resistance that might have been standing in her way before. Erin pushed him away and rose onto her knees, then levered herself above him and pinned him to the bed. He laughed as he cupped her face between his masculine hands. She unzipped his pants, pulling everything off as his cock sprang to life.

Six Sentence Sunday 8-6-11

It’s been a few weeks since I’ve posted a Six Sentence Sunday with the kids being out for summer break. This comes from my book, Bound To Protect, which has been contracted by my editor. The release date is still pending.

“Doesn’t sound like nothing.” He quirked a brow at her. He moved a step closer, heat lacing the look in his sea green gaze, a gaze set on making the beating in her chest louder. Chad’s fingertips caressed her bare shoulder, creating a sexual awareness on which she’d long ago given up. One that if she was truthful with herself, she wasn’t sure she wanted to end.

“It seems to me that you’re interested in bondage.”

“I, no, I mea-”

“Don’t lie to me.”
