This week’s Sexy Snippet comes from my first release, Road to Recovery. In this scene Kyle comes into the medical library where Erin is studying some research books for a case she has.

 

“Good afternoon, Erin,” She jumped at the deep voice coming from her left. A glance over her shoulder confirmed what she already knew.

Kyle.

“Afternoon.” She fumbled to grab the chart in front of her, hoping he’d leave. He sat down next to her. His gaze singed her cheeks, but she couldn’t look up; instead, she concentrated on the chart in front of her.

Sexy Snippets—Breaking the Huddle

Sexy Snippets


I’m back after a break. This week I have a snippet from an anthology I did with my writer’s group called The Enforcers: The Blood Bar Chronicles, Book 3.

In this scene, Serena is outside the bar. She’s just accused Rick of putting something in her drink, and he kisses her when she jabs a finger into his chest.

She arched her back, trying to lean into him, but he wouldn’t let her. Rick pushed her arms above her head, placing them in one of his hands. He skimmed a fingertip down over her breast and shivers assaulted her skin from the sensations he forced to the surface. The word “stop” ran through her mind, but the ache between her legs took over and she couldn’t say it to him. A moan slipped from her lips as he continued his descent down her body. Rick pulled back, pinning her with a heated stare that only revved her up more than before. A slow burn started to travel across her body, and he’d only kissed her while pinning her arms.
